Event Details
Rawls Baptist Church invites you to join us for our Easter Sunday Celebration as we gather to rejoice in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The morning begins with a sunrise service at the Three Crosses located behind the church in the cemetery, offering a meaningful time of worship and reflection as the day begins.
The sunrise service will take place around sunrise (approximately 6:50 AM) and provides a beautiful setting to celebrate the resurrection of Christ together.
Following the sunrise service, everyone is invited to enjoy a breakfast meal in the Fellowship Hall, providing a time for fellowship and conversation as the church family gathers together. After breakfast and a short intermission, the morning continues with our regular Sunday worship service at 10:45 AM in the Sanctuary.
What to Expect
The Easter morning celebration begins outdoors with a brief sunrise service at the Three Crosses at the cemetary across the street, where the congregation gathers for Scripture, worship, and reflection on the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
After the sunrise service, guests are invited inside for a church breakfast in the Fellowship Hall, followed by time to visit and enjoy fellowship before the morning worship service begins.
The celebration concludes with the Easter Sunday Service at 10:45 AM in the Sanctuary, where the church gathers for worship music, Scripture, and a message centered on the hope and victory of the resurrection. Guests and families from the community are warmly invited to attend any or all portions of the Easter morning celebration.
