From Sunday worship and Bible study to fellowship and community outreach, each ministry provides a practical way to deepen your faith and build relationships with others.
Through worship, Bible studies, ministry groups, and regular gatherings, adults have opportunities to study Scripture, encourage one another, serve together, and grow in faith.
Sunday mornings at Rawls are centered on worship, God’s Word, and meaningful connection across all ages. Each service includes heartfelt music, prayer, and a Christ-centered message from Pastor Brandon, offering encouragement and biblical truth for the week ahead.
Sunday School includes discussion-based Bible classes designed to encourage spiritual growth, practical application of God’s Word, prayer, and meaningful connection with others.

Join us each Wednesday evening as we gather to study God’s Word together. This midweek study encourages believers to grow in biblical understanding and live out their faith throughout the week.
All men are invited to gather for fellowship and spiritual growth. Each meeting includes a provided meal, meaningful connection with fellow brothers in Christ, and a brief Bible study focused on living out faith with integrity and purpose.

Women gather for faith, fellowship, and service while learning how to put their faith into action and support the mission of the church. Meetings include Bible study, prayer, devotional time, mission projects, and opportunities to share Christ’s love locally and around the world.

Children’s Ministry
From Children’s Church on Sunday mornings to Backyard Bible Club during the summer, our children’s ministries provide a safe, welcoming environment where kids can learn about God’s love through Bible lessons, music, activities, and friendships.
Children six years old and younger are invited to attend Children’s Church and Nursery, where we share God’s love through Bible stories, games, and age-appropriate activities that encourage kindness, bravery, and helpfulness. Our volunteers provide a safe and loving environment so parents can worship with confidence and peace of mind.

Backyard Bible Club is our annual summer ministry for children through fifth grade. Through Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, snacks, and outdoor activities, children learn about God’s love in a fun, Christ-centered environment while growing in faith through meaningful relationships and biblical teaching.

Music Ministry
Music is an important part of worship at Rawls Baptist Church. Through instruments and vocals, the Praise Team helps lead the congregation in songs that encourage participation, reflection, and praise.
Led by Susanna Gaster, Director of Music at Rawls Baptist Church, the Praise Team leads the congregation in song and worship through instrumental and vocal music. The team offers a thoughtful blend of traditional hymns and contemporary worship music.

Community Outreach
Rawls Baptist Church seeks to share encouragement, prayer, and the hope of Christ beyond our regular church gatherings. Through ministry in the community, we meet people where they are and provide opportunities for meaningful connection and spiritual support.
Hosted at Calyx Senior Living and led by Donnie Simpson, this gathering brings Scripture, prayer, thoughtful discussion, and Christian fellowship into a warm community setting. Participants are encouraged to reflect on biblical truth and share how it connects with everyday life.

Park for Prayer is a quiet community outreach hosted on the church grounds. At scheduled times, anyone in the community is invited to stop by, pray, and find a moment of peace in a calm and welcoming setting. Pastor Brandon is available to pray personally with those who visit, and no appointment is needed.
