📖 Worship & Spiritual Growth

Join us for a Bible lesson every Wednesday at 6:30 PM in the Sanctuary where we dive into the God’s word so that you can be equipped to serve God and spread His Word.

Our Praise Worship Team is led by Susanna Gaster, Rawls Baptist Church’s Director of Music. Susanna and the Praise Team lead us in song and worship through gifts of instruments and vocals. You can expect to hear a great mixture of hymns and contemporary worship music.

Children’s Church / Nursery
Child(ren) six 6 years and younger are invited to attend and participate in children’s church / nursery, where we share God’s love with amazing stories from the Bible, playing games and/or other activities that show us how to be kind, brave and helpful.
When you arrive to the Sanctury for Sunday Worship Service (10:45 AM), we will greet and assist you with where your children can attend our children’s ministry. Wonderful ladies volunteer to care for and share God’s love by providing a safe and loving environment for your little ones.
Women’s Ministry | Every 1st Sunday 2:00PM
Rawls Baptist Church Fellowship Hall | 10665 US-401, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
All women are invited to join this inspiring meeting to learn how they can put their faith into action and support the mission of the Church. This meeting provides an opportunity for women to unite in faith, fellowship, and service, dedicating their time to mission projects and outreach that make a difference and tell others about Christ both in our community and around the world. Each meeting includes a Bible study, prayer, and/or a devotion, and provides a space for spiritual growth while preparing and equipping women to actively engage in missions in their everyday lives.
Men’s Ministry | Every 3rd Thursday 6:30PM

All men are invited to join this meeting for a time of fellowship and spiritual growth. Come enjoy a delicious, provided meal, connect with your fellow brothers in Christ, and participate in a brief Bible study. We look forward to spending this valuable time with you to share God’s love through prayer and fellowship and to encourage and support men to live out their faith with integrity and purpose all to glorify God.

Calyx | 1st and 3rd Saturday 11:00 – 12:00 PM
Calyx Living of Fuquay-Varina | 1121 E Academy St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Calyx Senior Living hosts a Bible study on the first and third Saturday of each month, led by Donnie Simpson from Rawls Baptist Church. This bi-monthly gathering offers residents a reliable opportunity for spiritual enrichment and fellowship in a welcoming environment. Donnie’s compassionate approach makes the study accessible and relevant for participants from all backgrounds.
Each session encourages thoughtful discussion and personal reflection, allowing residents to share their perspectives and experiences. This fosters a supportive group dynamic and ensures the teachings resonate with daily life, providing guidance and comfort during the later chapters of life.
More than just a religious meeting, this Bible study is a cherished gathering that fosters connection and purpose within the Calyx community. It allows residents to uplift one another and explore their faith in a safe environment, making it a deeply fulfilling part of the monthly schedule.
Park for Prayer with Pastor Brandon

Parking Lot for Prayer is a quiet, welcoming community outreach hosted by Rawls Baptist Church and Pastor Brandon Gaster in Fuquay-Varina, NC. At select times, a tent will be set up on church grounds where anyone in the community is invited to stop by, pray, and share a moment of peace.
Soft, soothing music and a calm atmosphere make it a meaningful place to pause and reconnect with God. Pastor Brandon is available to pray personally with anyone who stops by. Everyone is welcome—no appointment necessary, just come as you are when the tent is up.

Rawls Baptist Church is served by deacons who faithfully oversee and support our ministries.
Our deacons are members of RBC, ordained and qualified according to Scripture (1 Timothy 3:8–12; Acts 6:1–7; Titus 1). They see themselves first and foremost as servants of the church, dedicated to caring for our congregation and helping our ministries flourish.
Through prayer, encouragement, and personal connection, the deacons seek to maintain strong spiritual and fraternal relationships within the Rawls family — ensuring that no one walks alone in their journey of faith.
