Brandon Gaster
Senior Pastor
Pastor Brandon Gaster was called to Rawls Baptist Church in August 2024 as Senior Pastor. Over the past 14 years, he has served in various ministerial and pastoral roles at churches in Apex, Raleigh, Yanceyville, Cameron, and now Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. He is also active in serving with the Little River Baptist Association.
Brandon graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He earned this degree while working in Gastonia and Research Triangle Park, gaining engineering experience with RSI, Inc., Flextronics International, and Sony Ericsson.
While completing his degree and work experience, Brandon felt called to Christian ministry. He later earned his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary while serving in ministerial roles at several churches.
Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Susanna, and their two young children, Jane and Audie.
Susanna Gaster
Music Director
Susanna Gaster graduated from North Carolina State University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in special education. She taught in public and private schools for a number of years. She now serves as the Director of Music of The Praise Team for Rawls Baptist Church and homeschools their children, Jane and Audie.
