In John 20:26-27, Jesus appears to the disciples after he has risen from the dead. He shows the holes in his wrists and feet where he was nailed and his side where he was stabbed by a spear. Jesus clearly had a resurrected and glorified body and still had the scars on his body. He used the scars to prove to his disciples that he was really Jesus who had risen from the dead and not some ghost.

The Bible does not specifically say that Jesus will still have his scars when we get to heaven. But if he had the scars in his hands and feet AFTER he rose from the dead, I believe that it is very possible that he will still have those scars. He will use those scars to show us what he went through to save us from our sin. We, on the other hand, will have glorified bodies where none of our scars will appear on our bodies!
