Rawls Baptist Church gathers with residents at Calyx Living of Fuquay-Varina for a senior living Bible study led by Rev. Donnie Simpson. Calyx residents, family members, Rawls members, and visitors are welcome to join for Scripture, prayer, thoughtful discussion, and Christian fellowship.
The group studies Scripture chapter by chapter, with time for questions, comments, and conversation about how biblical truth connects with everyday life. Printed handouts are provided, and no Bible or study materials are required. The group is currently studying the book of Judges.
The atmosphere is casual, friendly, and conversational. New visitors are welcome to listen or participate at their own comfort level, and no one is put on the spot. The study meets in the main Dining Room and usually lasts from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
